The customer service was deplorable! I was made to feel like a victim instead of a paying customer for asking to exchange crushed, damaged cabinets! (By the way, you must pay in full upfront) These cabinets need to be assembled. You will need glue and finishing nails to make sure they don't fall apart. We just had our cabinets installed. It was a bad experience. Not only was the installer unprofessional, he had a fight with his assistant and the assistant left the job. I helped the installed until he was able to get someone else to help him several hours later. In addition, we kindly purchased them both lunch. Sink and vanity ordered. Arrived in a box with no directions other than a diagram of the panels. Uneven drawers screws were too short to install. Overall a disaster. Rip off. Dont buy anything. No return calls. Add comment

This company is Chineese owned. BE CAREFUL, it´s like Chineese dry wall, of poor quality; applied to customer service and it is very expensive when one adds their ridiculously high installation prices. Side panels cabinets had holes in them wouldn't make good for them they said I made the holes then they showed me a picture of the box it was all taped up I said show what came in that box panels with holes on outside of panel then they said my word against there's screw panda ! I have been chasing a Pantry which was suppose to be in stock, a month later I have no trace of this and cannot get someone to knowledge it, the time and effort put into this has been enormous.
