They did not meet the promised times for the installation, of the two weeks indicated they took more than 4 weeks and in the installation process affected a door, a couple of scratches, missing silicone in key areas. The sales representative relegated responsibilities to his workers, therefore nobody answered our complaints.

They did not return the money they charged to come and take the measurements in the house. Generally bad customer service, internal disorder, breach of agreed times.

Reason of review: breaches of agreed installation times.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
